Who should I contact with a complaint?
To restore violated rights or seek compensation for damages, the user must file a complaint With a provider in the company’s specialized complaint handling service, which is mandatory for every company to have.
- With the National Communications Commission, which offers the services of the Public Defender of Consumer Interests.
- Through the court system.
Note: The sequence mentioned above is not mandatory; complainants are not required to follow it when filing a complaint.
The provider company does not have the right to terminate services due to a complaint.
Complaint form and content:
Complaints can be submitted through phone, email, or in writing. It is recommended that the complaint includes the following information:
- The name of the service for which the complaint is being filed.
- The identity of the person submitting the complaint and their current address.
- The official name of the service provider company and the contract number associated with it.
- The demand.
- The circumstances on which the claim is based.
